We want you to feel confident ordering from HerVibe. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Please note: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us, and we will make it right.

How to return an item

Start by getting in touch so we can guide you to the quickest outcome.

  1. Contact us

    Please email us at care@hervibesupplements.co.uk prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return.

  2. Send your order

    Package and send your return to our returns address with your order number or invoice included.

  3. Your refund will be processed

    Refunds are made to your original payment method, and depending on your payment issuer's policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.

What can be returned

Returns must meet the conditions below. This keeps our supplements safe and compliant.

Eligible for return

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging
  • Within 14 days of purchase

Subscription orders

Due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 3 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription.
