I loved that there’s one thing for night and one thing for the morning. Makes life easy. Great packaging and info about what to do. So many other supplements are individual and you need to take with water/before a meal/after a meal/ while standing on one foot etc.
Really helped with my sleep, I love that you can take just two tablets instead of 7-8 supplements!!
The first night I took these, I slept without waking up constantly for the first time in months. This continued throughout my time of taking them. I also experienced less anxious feelings, calmer mentally and more ‘in control’ of my own brain. I absolutely love knowing they were created by a woman who’s been on her own GLP-1 journey. The supplements feel thoughtfully made, support my energy and digestion and the morning/evening routine is so easy to follow. My brain is no longer frazzled with figuring out which supplements I need to take… Highly recommend!

Having tried many supplements over the years, this is the first time I’ve used one that does so much. Sleep was noticeably better, brain fog cleared and I felt more alert all round a lot more positive & energy levels raised to a different level. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Working out what supplements I needed to take to help my GLP-1 was a complete minefield!! But HerVibe has completely changed that and I have noticed a different in my energy during the day and I am sleeping so much better at night and finding that I don’t need to nap as often!

I bought the total support duo for my grandmother who recently started a glp-1 and was worried about losing her muscle mass and messing up her digestion. So far, she's told me she's sleeping better and feels more energetic. We're excited to see how well she does now she has the support she needs.
I think this is a fabulous product and it really shouldn’t be reserved only for those using GLP-1 medications. As a 52-year-old woman who is not taking GLP-1, I feel the ingredients are still perfectly suited to what our bodies naturally start to lose over time. It’s refreshing to find something so thoughtfully formulated, and I’m genuinely excited to see what other products this company brings out in the future!
